Former drug kingpin Freeway Ricky Ross has finally broken his silence on The Game’s recent diss track aimed at rapper Rick Ross, titled “FREEWAY’S REVENGE.”
In a recent interview with TMZ, Freeway Ricky Ross expressed his disdain for The Game’s controversial song, which takes direct shots at Rick Ross and references Freeway Ricky Ross’s real-life criminal past. “I was shocked when I heard the track. The Game doesn’t know the real story behind my life and the struggles I faced,” Freeway Ricky Ross stated.
Freeway Ricky Ross went on to explain that he has no ill will towards Rick Ross and actually respects the rapper’s success in the music industry. “Rick Ross and I have no beef. He’s just trying to make a living like everyone else,” Freeway Ricky Ross clarified.
However, Freeway Ricky Ross did have some choice words for The Game, labeling him as a “clout chaser” and questioning his motives for attacking Rick Ross in such a public manner. “The Game needs to focus on his own career and leave Rick Ross alone. Using my name for clout is disrespectful,” Freeway Ricky Ross declared.
