Roddy Ricch Agrees to Joint Custody with Ex for 3-Year-Old Son
Grammy-winning rapper Roddy Ricch and his ex-girlfriend Alexandra Kiser have come to an agreement regarding the custody of their 3-year-old son. The former couple reached a joint custody agreement, as reported by TMZ on Friday.
Under the terms of the agreement, Roddy Ricch will have physical custody of the child from Tuesdays until Thursdays, while they will share joint legal custody. Additionally, the rapper has agreed to pay Kiser $8,000 a month in child support, cover her legal bill of $37,500, and provide her with $1,000 a month for a car.
This agreement brings an end to the acrimonious split and custody battle between the two. Earlier this month, Kiser had requested sole custody of their son, making allegations about Roddy Ricch’s gang affiliation and drug use.
Kiser claimed that Roddy Ricch had cut her off financially and was being forced to move out of a home he provided. She asked the court to establish paternity and requested $20,000 a month in child support.
Roddy Ricch, whose real name is Rodrick Moore, has been accused of being an absent father by Kiser, who claimed that she spent the majority of time with their son since his birth.
Reports of Roddy Ricch welcoming his first child with Kiser surfaced in April 2020, when she shared a photo of him holding the newborn on her Instagram page. The post was later deleted.
The joint custody agreement marks a step towards co-parenting for the former couple and ensures the well-being of their son moving forward.
