High School Senior Receives 231 College Acceptances and $14.7 Million in Scholarships

As high school seniors across the country are making decisions about where to attend college in the Fall, one standout student has received an impressive 231 acceptance letters and $14.7 million in scholarships. Ms. Madison Crowell, an 18-year-old from Hinesville, Georgia, has certainly set the bar high for her peers.

Crowell, a varsity cheerleader at Liberty County High School, has been dreaming of a career in the medical field, specifically in exercise science or physical therapy. She applied to hundreds of schools in order to inspire other students from low-income areas like her own to reach for their dreams.

After receiving offers from prestigious universities such as the University of Alabama and the University of Colorado, Crowell ultimately decided to attend High Point University in North Carolina on a full tuition scholarship. She was drawn to the campus atmosphere and the opportunity to join the Bonner Leaders program, where she will work with local nonprofits to make a difference in the community.

President Dr. Nido Qubein of High Point University expressed his excitement for Crowell’s enrollment, stating, “The sky is not the limit for her, and when she comes to High Point University, we know she’ll be a leader. We know she’ll make amazing things happen.”

Crowell’s story serves as an inspiration to students everywhere, proving that hard work and determination can lead to incredible opportunities.
