Boosie Badazz Criticizes Lil Uzi Vert’s Gender-Bending Marc Jacobs Ad Campaign

Boosie Badazz is not holding back when it comes to his thoughts on Lil Uzi Vert’s new ad campaign with Marc Jacobs. The campaign, released on Friday, features the rapper posing in what some may consider effeminate poses while showcasing the brand’s limited-edition 40th-anniversary tote bag.

When The Shade Room shared images and clips of the ad on their page, Boosie Badazz commented with “OMG [blushing emoji] WTF,” as captured by XXL. This is not the first time Boosie has spoken out about Lil Uzi Vert’s aesthetic choices, as he previously criticized the rapper for implanting a $24 million pink gem into their forehead in 2021.

In a recent interview, Boosie expressed his disapproval of Lil Uzi Vert’s choices, stating, “If you put a $24 million diamond on your forehead, you gotta have $250 million.” He went on to question the financial responsibility of such a decision, suggesting that it was a waste if not backed by substantial wealth.

Boosie Badazz has also been vocal about other rappers’ fashion choices, including Playboi Carti, whom he criticized for wearing what appeared to be a thong in February. The Louisiana native expressed his disbelief at Carti’s outfit choice, suggesting that it indicated a desire to be a woman.

Overall, Boosie Badazz’s comments on Lil Uzi Vert’s ad campaign and other rappers’ fashion choices continue to spark controversy and conversation within the hip-hop community.
