Rapper Destroy Lonely has found himself at the center of controversy after his ex-girlfriend, @ayishamia, took to social media to accuse him of physical and mental abuse. In a series of detailed posts, she alleged that Destroy Lonely had verbally and physically assaulted her during their relationship.

The accusations included claims of being choked, pushed into a bed frame resulting in injuries, and being slapped multiple times in public. @ayishamia also stated that Destroy Lonely made homophobic remarks about another artist, Don Toliver, and even threatened her life with a knife in front of others.
