    The 10th annual “Toast To Black Hollywood” event, hosted by Candis Grace, kicked off BET Awards weekend with a bang. The star-studded affair brought together a mix of talented individuals from the entertainment industry, including Meagan Good, Tristan Mack Wilds, Affion Crockett, and Kamie Crawford.

    Renowned Hollywood stylist Bryon Javar showcased his fashion prowess, while Scott Evans and Kareem Grimes added their charm and creativity to the event. Melissa Van Putten-Henderson from UBS highlighted the blend of entertainment and professionalism at the gathering.

    The evening featured captivating performances by MAJOR, heartfelt tributes, and immersive experiences celebrating the rich tapestry of Black culture. Formerly known as “Toast to Young Hollywood,” the event was rebranded in 2020 to honor the resilience and brilliance of Black Hollywood during challenging times.

    Over the years, the event has honored prominent figures such as Lauren London, Mona Scott-Young, Nick Cannon, and Keith Powers. This year’s celebration continued the tradition of recognizing excellence in the industry and paying tribute to the contributions of Black talent.

    With a mix of A-list talent, dynamic performances, and heartfelt moments, the “Toast To Black Hollywood” event set the stage for a weekend of celebration and recognition of the vibrant and diverse Black entertainment community.
