The Braxtons Return to Television with New Reality Series: “The Braxtons”
The Braxton family is back and better than ever with their new reality series, “The Braxtons.” After more than three years since the end of their first reality show, “Braxton Family Values,” Toni, Towanda, Trina, Tamar, and Dr. Evelyn Braxton are reuniting on television screens once again.
According to PEOPLE, the new series will delve into the lives of the Braxton women as they navigate new love, success, heartbreak, and ongoing family dynamics. In a sneak peek of the show, the production asks the Braxtons why they decided to return to reality television, to which Toni responds, “Being a Braxton is my legacy. It’s my birthright.”
The trailer also touches on the recent loss of Traci Braxton, who passed away in March 2022 at the age of 50. The family expresses their grief over the missing piece in their lives, acknowledging that things will never be the same without her.
Additionally, viewers will see Toni preparing for her first return to the stage in four years, revealing a recent health scare involving her heart. Despite the challenges, she remains determined to continue pursuing her passion for music.
Dr. Evelyn Braxton shared a statement along with the series announcement, asking for grace as the family once again steps into the spotlight. She hopes that through their experiences, viewers will grow with them and be inspired by the importance of family, love, and living life to the fullest.
