T.I. and Tiny Score Legal Victory as California Sexual Assault Case Gets Thrown Out

Rapper T.I. and his wife Tiny can breathe a sigh of relief after successfully having a California case of sexual assault against them dismissed. The case, filed earlier this year by an unidentified woman, has been thrown out by the court.

A representative for the couple stated, “The court agreed with Tip and Tameka that Jane Doe doesn’t appear to have any viable claims. As Tip and Tameka stated three years ago, these allegations are some of the many false, salacious allegations thrown out into the media in a cheap attempt to extort money from them.”

The couple had requested for the case to be dismissed last month, arguing that the claims were time-barred and failed to establish any wrongdoing on their part. The lawyer representing the Harrises stated, “Defendants seek to dismiss all the claims in the Complaint … for failure to state a claim upon which any relief can be granted.”

The lawsuit alleged that T.I. and Tiny engaged in sexual misconduct with the plaintiff at a nightclub in Los Angeles, with the woman claiming that T.I. penetrated her with his toe against her will. She also alleged that she was escorted out of the hotel room the next morning in serious pain.

With the case now officially dismissed, Jane Doe is unable to refile the complaint. This legal victory comes as a relief for T.I. and Tiny, who have vehemently denied the allegations from the beginning.
