Cardi B Admits She “Hated” Living in Atlanta Amid Divorce from Offset

Cardi B has opened up about her feelings towards living in Atlanta amid her divorce from Offset, revealing that she actually hated living in the city.

In an Instagram Live session, the “WAP” rapper explained that she only visited Atlanta a few times a year and lived in New Jersey with her children. She admitted that she tried to move to Atlanta in 2018 but only lasted six months because she didn’t have any friends or family there.

During the same Live session, rapper Pooh Shiesty made a bold move on Cardi B, commenting, “I’m 5 mins away baby open the door.” This comes as Offset, who is divorcing Cardi despite her being pregnant with their third child, seemingly laughed off the situation on social media.

Sources close to the couple revealed that the divorce filing was a long time coming, as Cardi and Offset have been growing apart for a while. Despite attempts to reconcile earlier this year, they were unable to work through their issues.

Cardi has reportedly hired a high-powered divorce lawyer and is seeking primary custody of their two children. She has also defended Offset from rumors, stating that he helps her with business and the kids.

On the same day Cardi filed for divorce, she announced that they are expecting their third child together. The Bronx native has made it clear that she is not seeking child support, but rather for Offset to continue paying for the bills he already covers for the children.
