    Steve Harvey’s Life Story Biopic “Seventy-Two” in the Works

    The highly anticipated biopic of comedian Steve Harvey, titled “Seventy-Two,” is in the works and set to hit theaters soon. Objectively Good Media, along with producers Mohamed Kheir and Matthew R. Cooper, are behind the project, with Harvey’s own production company, East 112, also on board.

    The film will focus on a pivotal 72-hour period in Harvey’s life leading up to a career-defining performance at the Apollo Theatre in 1993. Despite initial reservations about sharing his life story on the big screen, Harvey was drawn to the project after reading the pitch for “Seventy-Two.”

    The biopic promises to provide an intimate look at the challenges and perseverance that shaped Harvey’s career, from leaving a secure job in sales at age 26 to facing personal struggles and self-doubt at 36. The film’s synopsis highlights Harvey’s ability to turn trials into triumphs, showcasing his resilience and determination during those pivotal days.

    Producer Mohamed Kheir expressed his excitement about bringing Harvey’s inspiring story to audiences worldwide, emphasizing the comedian’s journey from standup comedy in the 1980s to his success on hit TV shows like “The Steve Harvey Show” and “Family Feud.”

    With the authorized biopic “Seventy-Two” in the works, fans can look forward to a powerful and uplifting portrayal of Steve Harvey’s life and career on the big screen.
