Security Guard Still Waiting on Payment from Nicki Minaj and Husband After Assault Lawsuit

Nicki Minaj and her husband, Kenneth Petty, are once again making headlines, this time for failing to pay a court-ordered settlement to security guard Thomas Weidenmuller. Weidenmuller had sued the couple, alleging that Petty physically assaulted him during Minaj’s concert in Frankfurt, Germany, in 2019.

Despite a default judgment being granted in Weidenmuller’s favor after Minaj and Petty failed to respond to the lawsuit, the couple has yet to pay the $503,318 settlement. Weidenmuller has now filed a memo of costs after judgment and a writ of execution against Minaj and Petty in an attempt to enforce the court’s decision.

This latest development adds to the controversy surrounding Minaj and Petty, who have been embroiled in legal troubles since their marriage in 2019. Petty, a registered sex offender, has faced additional legal issues, including a recent house arrest for making threatening remarks towards Offset.

As Weidenmuller seeks to collect the money owed to him, the public is left wondering when, or if, Minaj and Petty will fulfill their financial obligation. With the possibility of law enforcement seizing their property to cover the balance, the couple may soon face further consequences for their failure to comply with the court’s ruling.

Minaj’s legal team has yet to respond to requests for comment on the matter, leaving fans and critics alike eagerly awaiting the next chapter in this ongoing legal saga.
