    Pharrell Enlists Kendrick Lamar, Tyler, The Creator & More for ‘Piece By Piece’ Soundtrack

    Pharrell has assembled an all-star lineup for the soundtrack to his upcoming LEGO movie Piece By Piece, set to drop on October 11. The N.E.R.D. legend took to Instagram to reveal the tracklist, which includes collaborations with Kendrick Lamar, Tyler, The Creator, and more.

    The soundtrack features five new songs from Pharrell, including a collaboration with Tyler titled “Virginia Boy.” In addition to the new tracks, the album also includes classic hits produced by Pharrell and The Neptunes, such as Kendrick’s “Alright,” Snoop Dogg’s “Drop It Like It’s Hot,” and JAY-Z’s “I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me).”

    Fans can also expect to hear tracks from Clipse, N.O.R.E., Justin Timberlake, Gwen Stefani, and Daft Punk on the 21-track project. Pharrell described the soundtrack as a celebration of his music and friends, featuring a mix of old and new tracks.

    The trailer for Piece By Piece, which premiered at the Telluride Film Festival, showcases Pharrell’s journey from a young music enthusiast to a hitmaker in the industry. The film features appearances from industry heavyweights like JAY-Z, Snoop Dogg, and Justin Timberlake, who voice themselves in the animated movie.

    Pharrell’s decision to tell his life story through LEGO characters was inspired by the desire to create an aspirational and inspiring narrative that could resonate with audiences of all ages. Piece By Piece promises to be a visually captivating and musically engaging experience for fans of all ages.
