Diddy Lists Beverly Hills Mansion for $61 Million Following Federal Raid
Beverly Hills, CA – Hip hop mogul Diddy has officially listed his Beverly Hills mansion for a staggering $61 million after federal agents raided the property earlier this year. The 13,000-square foot estate is located in the exclusive “Platinum Triangle” of Los Angeles, surrounded by the luxurious neighborhoods of Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, and Bel-Air.
The fully remodeled home features a grand entry foyer, a large living room, formal dining room, wine cellar, office, gourmet kitchen, and a state-of-the-art theater that seats 35 guests. Additionally, the property includes a two-story guest house with a gym, recording studio, and extra bedrooms, as well as a resort-like swimming pool, basketball court, spa house, and outdoor entertainment area with a BBQ and pizza oven.
Diddy’s neighbors include celebrities like Kylie Jenner, Jimmy Iovine, and Sean Parker, with the iconic Playboy Mansion nearby. He purchased the mansion a decade ago for $40 million.
The property was one of two homes raided by Homeland Security in March as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation. The raids were described as “military-level” operations, leaving the Beverly Hills mansion in disarray.
While Diddy has not been criminally charged, federal prosecutors have expanded their investigation and subpoenaed a Miami hotel for records related to the mogul and his ex-girlfriend dating back to 2008. Diddy is currently facing multiple civil lawsuits alleging rape, sexual assault, and sex trafficking, which he has vehemently denied.
