Vice President Kamala Harris Inspires Ben & Jerry’s Limited Edition Flavor: Kamala’s Coconut Jubilee

Vice President Kamala Harris’ viral “coconut tree” quote has inspired more than just memes – it has now led to the creation of a limited edition ice cream flavor by Ben & Jerry’s. The flavor, named Kamala’s Coconut Jubilee, features coconut-flavored ice cream layered with caramel and topped with red, white, and blue star sprinkles.

But this unique ice cream flavor won’t be available in stores. Instead, Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield have partnered with political advocacy group MoveOn to launch the “Scoop the Vote” ice cream truck tour. The tour will kick off in Philadelphia on September 16 and make stops in over 20 cities in key battleground states.

At each stop, volunteers will be on hand to help people make a plan to vote on election day. Attendees will also have the chance to enter a raffle to win free, limited-edition pints of Kamala’s Coconut Jubilee to enjoy at home.

MoveOn Political Action Executive Director Rahna Epting emphasized the importance of voter turnout in the upcoming election, stating, “A few thousand votes will decide whether we live under a democracy with Kamala Harris or a dictatorship with Donald Trump.” Ben Cohen echoed this sentiment, urging people to not only enjoy the ice cream but also to make a plan to register and vote.
