In a shocking turn of events, the legal troubles for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, the founder of Bad Boy Records, have escalated with the filing of an 11th lawsuit against him. Thalia Graves, the latest plaintiff, has come forward with disturbing allegations of sexual abuse against Combs and his bodyguard, Joseph Sherman.

According to court documents obtained by The Root, Graves claimed that in the summer of 2001, when she was 25 years old, she was lured by Combs and Sherman into a meeting where she was given a laced drink that caused her to lose consciousness. When she woke up, she alleged that she was bound and restrained, and subjected to brutal sexual abuse by the two men.

The lawsuit further detailed the graphic nature of the assault, with Graves claiming that Combs raped her anally and vaginally, while Sherman forced himself on her in a violent manner. The aftermath of the assault left Graves with physical injuries, burns on her private areas, and bruises on her face and wrists.

Following the traumatic incident, Graves struggled with suicidal thoughts and had to undergo extensive psychological treatment. She refrained from speaking out earlier out of fear of retaliation from Combs and Sherman, who allegedly threatened to ruin her life. The lawsuit accuses Combs of violating the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act and demands compensatory and punitive damages.

This lawsuit comes on the heels of Combs’ recent arrest on federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and engaging in interstate transportation for prostitution. With a history of legal troubles and allegations of abuse, Combs now faces a long road ahead as he navigates both civil and criminal proceedings.
