Sean “Diddy” Combs Faces New Sexual Assault Allegations and Lawsuit
Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new sexual assault allegations as a woman filed a lawsuit in New York claiming she was repeatedly raped and drugged at the music mogul’s homes, leading to a pregnancy after one of the encounters. This lawsuit is just one of several similar cases against Combs, who was recently arrested on a federal sex trafficking indictment.
The woman, identified as Jane Doe, accuses Combs of sexually assaulting her while she was unconscious from drugs and alleges that he and his associates recorded sexual encounters without her consent. The lawsuit seeks undisclosed damages for physical injuries, severe emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety, and other harms.
Doe claims that she met Combs overseas in fall 2020 and that the assaults and harassment continued through July of this year. She alleges that she was coerced and harassed into traveling to Combs’ homes in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and other cities, where she was plied with alcohol and substances until she passed out.
In a disturbing encounter at Combs’ Los Angeles home, the woman says she was forced to ingest drugs and later discovered she was pregnant. Despite her claims of a miscarriage, she also alleges that Combs and his associates tracked her location, monitored her conversations, discouraged her from working, and controlled her finances.
These allegations come amidst a wave of lawsuits against Combs, including one from another woman who accused him and his head of security of rape and recording the assault on video in 2001. Combs remains jailed without bail on federal charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
As the legal battle unfolds, the entertainment industry is facing a reckoning with powerful figures being held accountable for their actions. The allegations against Combs serve as a reminder that fame and wealth do not shield individuals from facing justice for their alleged crimes.
