Sean “Diddy” Combs Taken Off Suicide Watch After Drastic Lifestyle Change

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been taken off suicide watch more than a week after being placed on it as a “preventive measure” due to his drastic lifestyle change. The 54-year-old rap mogul was initially placed on suicide watch at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn following his arrest by federal authorities on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and engaging in interstate transportation for prostitution.

Since his arrest, Diddy’s family has visited him in prison, where he has been served less-than-luxurious meals like Swedish meatballs and black bean burgers. The allegations against Combs include sexual abuse, physical abuse, bribery, and various drug offenses, stemming from his alleged involvement in “freak off” sex parties where victims were drugged and forced to perform sexual acts.

This arrest comes six months after federal authorities raided his homes in Los Angeles and Miami, and four months after video footage leaked of him assaulting ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura in 2016. Ventura sued Combs for sex trafficking, human trafficking, sexual assault, and other allegations in November 2023, leading to a quick settlement. However, lawsuits from other associates have followed, with this federal case now resulting in criminal charges.

Combs has pleaded not guilty and was denied bail. The case continues to unfold as he faces the legal consequences of his alleged actions.
