Diddy’s Lawsuits Spree to Create “Firestorm” by Exposing Other Celebrities, Lawyer Says
Diddy’s impending wave of lawsuits is set to create a “firestorm” in the entertainment industry as other celebrities may be implicated in his alleged crimes, according to lawyer Tony Buzbee. Buzbee, who is overseeing 120 complaints against the embattled mogul, spoke to TMZ about the potential fallout from the lawsuits.
“We want to make sure that if we name individuals beyond Mr. Combs [Diddy] that we’ve done our homework as it’s going to create a firestorm,” Buzbee said. He also emphasized that anyone who attended Diddy’s parties where illegal activities took place and did not intervene or speak out may have legal exposure.
The allegations against Diddy include violent sexual assault, rape, facilitated sex with controlled substances, dissemination of video recordings, and sexual abuse of minors. Buzbee revealed that the youngest alleged victim was only nine years old at the time of the incident.
The lawsuits are expected to be filed in the coming weeks, and Diddy’s attorney has vehemently denied the allegations, stating that he looks forward to proving his innocence in court.
In addition to the legal troubles stemming from the lawsuits, Diddy is also facing federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges following his arrest in New York last month. The entertainment industry is bracing for the impact of these lawsuits as more details emerge about the alleged crimes and potential involvement of other celebrities.
