Al B. Sure! Increases Personal Security Amid Investigation into Ex-Wife Kim Porter’s Death

Al B. Sure! is not taking any chances when it comes to seeking justice for his late ex-wife Kim Porter. The singer has been vocal about his suspicions surrounding Porter’s death and has even called for an official investigation by the FBI. During the American Liver Foundation’s National Legacy Gala in New York City, Sure! was in attendance to accept the Transplant Trailblazer Award. However, he was not alone. According to Page Six, Sure! was accompanied by not only security personnel but also an officer from Homeland Security.

While speaking at the event, Sure! made a surprising revelation about his security detail, saying, “I don’t know if I’m supposed to say this because I don’t want it to go viral. We even have Homeland Security in the building. Detective Jackson, good to see you.”

Although a representative for the American Liver Foundation later clarified that the security person was actually a former Homeland Security officer, the presence of such high-level security is still noteworthy. Given Sure!’s connection to Porter, who was also the ex-wife of Diddy, it is understandable that he would take extra precautions.
