The Root’s Investigation into the 100 Lawsuits Against Sean “Diddy” Combs

Houston attorneys have revealed shocking details about the upcoming 100 lawsuits against rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. The accusations are disturbing, to say the least, with allegations of sexual assault, rape, and threats.

Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing 120 individuals, both men and women, stated that some of the victims were minors at the time of the incidents. The first batch of lawsuits has been filed, with seven anonymous plaintiffs coming forward with their harrowing experiences.

One Jane Doe recounted a horrifying incident from 1995, where she was allegedly raped by Combs in a bathroom at a promo party in New York City. The lawsuit claims that Combs violently assaulted her, threatened her, and warned her not to speak about the incident.

Another Jane Doe accused Combs of molestation, rape, and assault in 2004. The lawsuit details how she and her friends were lured into a room with Combs, where he allegedly forced them to consume alcohol and drugs before sexually assaulting them. The plaintiff was threatened with death if her friend did not comply with Combs’ demands.

Combs is now facing over a dozen sexual assault lawsuits in addition to federal sex crime charges. Despite pleading not guilty, he has been denied bail multiple times and is scheduled to go to trial in May 2025.

The upcoming legal battle against Sean “Diddy” Combs is set to be a high-profile case that will shed light on the alleged misconduct of a prominent figure in the music industry.
