Fat Joe and Zoey Dollaz Team Up with Food For The Poor to Provide Humanitarian Aid to Haiti
Hip-hop stars Fat Joe and Zoey Dollaz are joining forces with Food For The Poor to provide much-needed humanitarian aid to Haiti in the midst of a devastating crisis. The partnership aims to establish a relief fund to support families affected by the recent civil unrest in the country.
Following the resignation of Prime Minister Ariel Henry due to escalating violence in Haiti, the country has been in a state of emergency. Gang violence in the capital city of Port-au-Prince reached a breaking point after a massive prison break, leaving the city in turmoil.
With the seaport and international airport closed, the import of goods and delivery of aid have been severely impacted. Fat Joe has set up an Amazon Wish List for essential items like baby formula, diapers, and wipes to be sent directly to Haiti.
In addition to his humanitarian efforts, Fat Joe has been actively raising awareness for neurodivergent children, including his own son who has autism. The rapper has shown his support for World Autism Awareness Day and continues to advocate for those with developmental disabilities.
Fat Joe’s dedication to activism and philanthropy shines through in his latest efforts to support Haiti during this challenging time. With the support of Food For The Poor and the generosity of donors, the relief fund aims to provide vital aid to those in need in Haiti.
