Celebrating Motherhood: Mom Honors Event 2024

The atmosphere at The Sun Rose on Sunset, Pendry West Hollywood, was filled with love and appreciation as The Purple Agency hosted its first-ever Mom Honors event on May 1, 2024. In partnership with Sleep Soul and Culture Creators, this prestigious celebration aimed to recognize the exceptional achievements of mothers in the industry.

Mom Honors brought together influential community members, industry leaders, and mothers to honor and appreciate their remarkable contributions. It served as a platform to express gratitude and admiration for the inspiring journeys and accomplishments of mothers, highlighting the profound impact of motherhood.

The event was a collaboration between Faith Moves Only No Fear Inc. and Eggs Over Easy, two organizations dedicated to empowering mothers globally and shedding light on fertility issues faced by Black women. Yasmine Parrish of The Honest Company moderated a fireside chat with a diverse panel, including Kristi Palmer, Lizzy Mathis, Angela C. Stevens, and Alex Isley, who shared their experiences as mothers and entrepreneurs.

The evening culminated with a heartwarming keynote address by Honoree Jhené Aiko, who shared personal insights into her journey of motherhood. The event was a true celebration of the strength, resilience, and love that mothers bring to the world. Mom Honors is sure to become an annual tradition, honoring the incredible women who shape our lives every day.
