Drake has expanded his real estate empire with the purchase of a luxurious 313-acre resort in Chappell Hill, Texas for a whopping $15 million. The property, known as The Inn at Dos Brisas, features four casitas for guest lodging, an entertainment lodge, a commercial kitchen, a climate-controlled wine room, a large pool, multiple smaller pools, a full equestrian facility, a horse track, and more.

The former resort, which closed in July 2022 due to financial issues related to COVID, caught the attention of the Canadian rapper who made the purchase in October 2023. Drake teased the acquisition in a country-themed post on Instagram back in September, hinting at his move to the Lone Star State.

During a tour stop in Houston, Drake excitedly shared the news with his fans, expressing his excitement about finding a new place to call home outside of Toronto. The Grammy-winning artist has a special connection to Houston, having been honored with his very own “Drake Day” in the city back in 2014.

With his new Texas ranch, Drake now has a serene retreat to escape the drama he’s been experiencing at his Toronto mansion. The move to Texas seems like a perfect fit for the artist who has always had a love for the southern hospitality and charm of the state. Fans can expect to see more of Drake enjoying his new property in the near future.
