Diddy Sued for Allegedly Drugging and Sexually Assaulting Model in 2003

Hip-hop mogul Diddy is facing yet another lawsuit, this time for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a young model during Men’s Fashion Week more than two decades ago. The suit, brought by a woman named Crystal McKinney, claims that in 2003, she met Diddy at a fashion event and then went back to his studio.

McKinney alleges that she was given a joint laced with a powerful substance by Diddy and his friends, after which she claims Diddy forced her to have oral sex. She says she passed out and woke up in a cab, realizing she had been sexually assaulted. Following the incident, McKinney says she was “blackballed” from modeling.

In light of the recent flood of similar suits against Diddy, McKinney felt a moral obligation to speak up. Diddy’s representatives have not yet responded to requests for comment on the matter.

This is not the only assault allegation from 2003 that Diddy is facing. Another woman sued him late last year, claiming that Diddy, along with then-Bad Boy president Harve Pierre and another man, raped her after giving her drugs and alcohol. Diddy denies the charges, stating in a legal filing that the allegations have caused damage to his reputation and business standing.

As the legal battle unfolds, Diddy continues to face scrutiny and backlash over these serious allegations from over two decades ago.
