Sean Kingston’s Mother Arrested and Charged with Fraud Following Raid on Singer’s Home

Sean Kingston’s mother, Janice Turner, has been arrested and charged with fraud following a raid on the singer’s home in Dania Beach, FL. The 61-year-old has a history of convictions for filing false loan applications and bank fraud.

During the raid, Turner was taken into custody on numerous fraud and theft charges. Attorney Dennis Card, who represents one of Sean Kingston’s alleged victims, stated that Turner’s arrest is part of a larger crime involving the singer. The raid was conducted in connection with a lawsuit filed against Kingston for not paying for purchased items.

Card described Kingston as a “scammer” who lures people using his celebrity status into releasing items without paying for them. He claimed that Kingston has a pattern of not paying for high-value items, including watches and a custom bed.

Although Sean Kingston has not been charged with any crime related to the alleged fraud, a watch company called Dream Watch petitioned a court for over $1 million in unpaid watches. The company claimed that Kingston promised to compensate them via wire transfer but never followed through.

Dream Watches is seeking a judgment in their favor as Kingston allegedly did not respond to their requests for payment. The ongoing legal issues highlight the complex web of fraud allegations surrounding Sean Kingston and his mother.
