21 Savage Trolls Metro Boomin with Drake Diss After OVO Taunt
21 Savage has found himself in the middle of the ongoing beef between Drake and Metro Boomin, as the producer jokingly called him “OVO Savage” during an Instagram Live session over the weekend. The playful banter quickly turned sour as 21 Savage removed Metro from the Live and threatened to block him, shouting, “Metro, shut your ho ass up and make some drums, n-gga,” quoting Drake’s line from “Push Ups.”
Despite the tension between his two close friends, 21 Savage refused to pick a side in the feud, telling his followers on Instagram Live, “Metro my brother and Drake my brother. They gonβ figure that shit out eventually.”
The beef between Drake and Metro Boomin escalated in March with the release of We Don’t Trust You with Future, which contained several shots at the 6 God, including a notable diss from Kendrick Lamar on “Like That.” Drake retaliated with tracks like “Push Ups” and “Family Matters,” as well as social media taunts, while Metro launched the “BBL Drizzy” contest, inspired by Rick Ross’ claim that Drake had undergone a Brazilian butt lift.
In response, Drake rapped over the “BBL Drizzy” beat on a collaboration with Sexyy Red called “U My Everything,” addressing the controversy head-on. The winner of the viral challenge, which offers a $10,000 prize, has yet to be announced.
As the feud continues to unfold, fans are eagerly awaiting the next move from both Drake and Metro Boomin, while 21 Savage remains caught in the middle, hoping for a resolution between his two friends.
