Yung Miami Reflects on Late Baby Daddy Ahead of Son’s 11th Birthday

Yung Miami, of the City Girls, is feeling the absence of her late son’s father, Jai Wiggins, as the anniversary of his passing approaches. Wiggins tragically lost his life in 2020 due to a shooting, just two weeks before their son’s seventh birthday. Now, as their son is about to turn 11, Yung Miami took to Twitter to express her emotions, stating, “It’s been 4 yrs since my bd passed he died 2 weeks before my son 7th birthday 💔 my son turning 11 in 2 weeks 😢 ahhhhh.”

Amidst this emotional time, Yung Miami also hinted at the end of the City Girls duo, explaining that the poor reception of their last album, RAW, and personal differences with fellow member JT led to their decision to pursue solo endeavors. The duo had previously blamed bad management for the underperformance of RAW, which sold just 10,000 units in its first week.

Despite the challenges faced by the City Girls, Yung Miami and JT have both released solo music since the release of RAW in October 2023. However, their relationship has been strained, with social media spats and allegations of “sneak dissing” causing further tension between the two artists.

As Yung Miami navigates the complexities of her personal and professional life, fans are left wondering about the future of the City Girls and what lies ahead for the talented rapper.
