Kanye West Faces New Lawsuit Alleging He Referred to Employees as ‘Slaves’

Kanye West Accused of Creating Hostile Work Environment for YZY Employees

Kanye West is facing yet another legal battle, this time accused of creating a hostile work environment for employees working on his music promotion app. The lawsuit, filed in a U.S. District Court, also implicates West’s wife, Bianca Censori, in sending explicit material to staff, including minors.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit alleges that West and his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, engaged in “forced labor and cruel treatment” towards their employees. The staff were reportedly forced to work long hours without proper compensation, with Yiannopoulos allegedly referring to them as “new slaves.”

Censori is accused of sending a link to hardcore pornography to an employee after West announced the launch of Yeezy Porn. Shockingly, some of the staff who received the link were as young as 14 years old. The lawsuit claims that there were no safeguards in place to protect underage workers from being exposed to inappropriate content.

Yiannopoulos dismissed the lawsuit as a “joke” and a “sad race hustle,” promising to refute the claims in detail. This legal battle comes on the heels of a previous lawsuit filed by West’s former assistant for sexual harassment and wrongful termination.

The employees involved in the latest lawsuit are seeking unpaid wages, legal fees, and damages for emotional distress. As the case unfolds, the spotlight is once again on Kanye West and his alleged mistreatment of his staff, raising questions about accountability and workplace ethics in the music industry.
