    Denzel Washington is set to make his Ancient Rome debut in the highly anticipated sequel, “Gladiator II.” The 69-year-old Oscar winner takes on the role of Macrinus, a powerful figure who oversees a group of gladiators in the film directed by Ridley Scott.
