Donald Trump’s Bizarre Attempt to Reach Gen Z Voters on Livestream with Adin Ross
Former President Donald Trump continues to make headlines with his controversial actions, this time by appearing on a livestream with popular Gen Z influencer Adin Ross. The appearance, which took place at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, Fla., raised eyebrows as Trump attempted to reach out to younger voters in a bizarre manner.
During the hour and 20-minute interview, Trump made incendiary comments about immigration, Vice President Kamala Harris, and ABC News journalist Rachel Scott. He also received a gift from Ross in the form of a Tesla cybertruck adorned with a picture of Trump holding his fist up after the recent assassination attempt on his life.
This latest stunt comes on the heels of Trump’s controversial appearance at the National Association of Black Journalists conference in Chicago, where he faced criticism for his history of racist remarks and treatment of Black political opponents and journalists. Trump’s attempts to pander to Black voters through hip hop culture, including high-profile endorsements from artists like Kanye West and Waka Flocka Flame, have also drawn scrutiny.
Despite the backlash, Trump remains unapologetic, even going so far as to suggest that Rachel Scott should be fired from ABC News for questioning him during the NABJ panel. With his continued antics and divisive rhetoric, many are left wondering if Trump can truly serve as president from prison, as his legal troubles continue to mount.
