Tamron Hall’s Son Orders 75 Onions on Her iPhone: The Modern Parenting Dilemma
Tamron Hall’s 5-year-old son, Moses, caused a stir this week when he accidentally ordered 75 yellow onions on her iPhone grocery app. The talk show host was left baffled by the unexpected delivery, jokingly asking her followers what she was supposed to do with so many onions.
Dubbed “Oniongate” by Hall, the situation took a humorous turn as she and Moses decided to donate the surplus vegetables to a local food pantry. In a heartwarming video, the mother-son duo were seen on their way to make the donation, with Moses proudly declaring that they were giving away 75 onions.
The incident comes as Hall prepares for the release of her first cookbook, “A Confident Cook: Recipes for Joyous, No-Pressure Fun in the Kitchen.” The book, already a bestseller on Amazon, will feature 79 recipes and offer a glimpse into Hall’s life at home in Sag Harbor, N.Y.
Hall, who credits her late father for inspiring her love of cooking, has been on a journey to become a confident cook since his passing in 2008. The cookbook will include a variety of recipes, including her own twist on a Sock-It-to-Em cake and breakfast entrees.
Despite the unexpected onion order, Hall took the incident in stride, showcasing her sense of humor and ability to roll with the punches. Perhaps Moses was simply confident that his mom would know what to do with all those onions after all!
