    MTV Announces Star-Studded Lineup for 2024 VMAs at UBS Arena on 9/11

    The 2024 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) are set to be a star-studded event, with performances from some of the biggest names in music. The event will be broadcast live from UBS Arena on September 11th, marking the 23rd anniversary of 9/11. In honor of the occasion, MTV will be supporting the nonprofit 9/11 Day and Tuesday’s Children, which assist families affected by the tragic event.

    The lineup of performers includes Camila Cabello, Chappell Roan, GloRilla, Rauw Alejandro, and Sabrina Carpenter. Cabello, a four-time VMA winner, will be performing songs from her latest album, C, XOXO. Chappell Roan will be making her award show debut, while GloRilla, a Grammy-nominated artist, will be hitting the VMA stage for the first time. Latin Grammy Award-winner Rauw Alejandro will also be performing, along with Sabrina Carpenter, who is nominated for six awards.

    Taylor Swift leads the nominations with ten, followed closely by Post Malone with nine. Fans have until August 30th to vote for their favorites in 15 categories on vote.mtv.com.
